What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual/holistic art that aids in stress reduction and deep relaxation. It is a beautiful, pure form of energy work that treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
Since energy has no bounds, Reiki can be done from a distance and will have the same effect as if it were being performed in person.
Reiki is helpful for animals as well as people, so if you'd prefer that the session be done on your pet, that's fine too.

Do you do it over the phone or email or something?

Hi! :-) With Distance Reiki, we don't need to be in contact over the phone or email. What happens is that we decide on a time where you can relax and not be disturbed for 30-45 minutes, then you just relax, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Be aware of anything you might notice... you will definitely notice an increased level of relaxation as the energy does its thing. Some people notice a change in body temp, some see colors or sense the energies of loved ones or angels. Reiki can ONLY work for good, so you never have to worry about any negative effects. The energy knows where you need it first/most - it works on the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your health. :-)

sure does. I had it done in February. it picked up that I was still having feelings for my ex husband and thinking about him all the time.
after the session, I felt like a newer person and the feelings for him went away and haven't returned.
I could sure use this now though.
