Never been used due to the fact that I had an emergency c-section. I can't give you personal experience but I've known people who have used it who absolutely loveed it!

It's meant to be worn after you give birth, everyday for 8 weeks to help your waist get back to it's pre-pregnancy size or smaller. Size (one size fits all)

well because its meant to be worn right after you give birth, i was just in to much pain to be squeezing my hips back together, but i guess it's up to the mamaz (:

my son is a month old 8/4 so is it to late to wear it he is 4wks old. or can I still wear it when I get it for 8wks.
