I had one I auctioned off new still in package just like this. The round ring on top is 4"x4" , the silver colored metal tubes are about 3" each, the feathers range from 4" to 7 or 8 " long. Yours looks just like mine did in a package it was too.

I would say its on a paper with the legend of the dreamcatcher is about 5 by 7 or so hope that helps
