Brand new, never been used, I just took it out of the plastic to take these pictures!

This keyring is about 2-1/2" long and a very bright metallic purple color OR metallic green color OR metallic red color - YOU choose which one you want. You twist off the "top" (where the keyring is" and inside is a tiny little clear plastic bottle with a tiny little gray plastic screw-off lid (see second picture).

You can keep your nitroglycerin tablets handy on your belt loop or keychain or in your pocket - in an emergency this could be your LIFESAVER!

Of course, you could keep whatever medication you consider a "lifesaver" in it, whether it is aspirin, migrane medicine, high blood pressure medication, benadryl for allergic reactions, PMS medicine, Viagra - hey everybody has a different "lifesaver" for their life!

And it would make a great gift too for someone special who has a medical condition and needs to keep their medicine close!
