This is a locally handmade necklace pendant. Luminescent shades of blue and an oceanic design in the middle make this glass pendant very beautiful. The pendant itself is 2" long, the adjustable satin cord has a length of between 14"-29". This is valued at $40, new, and never been worn.
If bids go over 3000 I'll include a cute new frog ear cuff as a bonus!
