I'm really sorry, but I can't guarantee when this will arrive to your home. ;__; I have no control over when the post office will deliver it. It usually takes 3-5 business days for a standard delivery, however, if there are difficulties with the post office, it could take longer. The only way you're able to guarantee that it will be on time will be if you pay for priority shipping or a faster shipping method, but that usually costs $10 and up, and I personally do not think it's worth it unless it was a very important document.

According to the USPS website, priority mail for a small box is 5.80 and for a padded envelope 5.95. (:
