FREE: Heart+Flower Necklace-silver

Hey girlie. I love this. Is this a necklace? With the flower as the charm? I can't tell from the photos, or if it's just a charm. But it looks beautiful!! :) is it in good shape?!

Also, i wanted to ask, n u can reply 2this using message instead of commenting if u would like..u said u mail/ship items using stamps. So basically, if it's cost $1.59 to ship, you would add $1.59 worth of stamps on the package/envelope?? So like 6 stamps or something?? Im asking bc, I am new to listia. N I love it! :) when i went 2 ship some small things yesterday at the post office, a few things were only like a dollar or 2. And since I have hundreds of stamps, I wanted 2 just throw a handful of stamps on the envelopes n send em out. But the post office lady stopped me, and said that they don't recommend doing that bc (yes it take longer) but also bc u could only do that if it weighed under a certain amount.. ??
So my question To u is- if u do this , What is the limit? How many stamps, and also, what is the weight limit -do u know?! What's the most stamps u put on a yellow envelope or package. Thanks. And sorry so long ! Lol. FANNED! Watching! N bidding if u can reply about the necklace b4 times up! Ty
