you are definitely the right sizes but what I can try to help you with is the dress starts from top of bust (Dress literally starts at the top of your cleavage line) and the measurement of the dress is 25inches in length so maybe measure the top of your where your chest starts and measure down 25 inches. Thanks, Yes it is super cute on and a very loved one at that. I have the opposite problem as you. LOL!! I always had to wear a strapless bra that was very much padded I should say. I guess that's what happens to some us when we loose weight.

When I bought it last summer I wore a size 7/9 and it fit but I now wear a 3/5 and have a small bust. It pretty much fits the same now as it did when I first bought it except its a little to big in the bust for me, unfortunately. The front is not strechy
