So far that's 4 extra foreign coins, almost 5. Keep up the bidding and good luck!

This auction has gone higher than I ever imagined. I am now going to offer the winner the opportunity to take a one ounce silver medallion in place of the foreign coins. Thanks for bidding!

Also, is this coin the three cent silver or the three cent nickel that you have? Thanks

I think that it is silver. That is what I was told that it was.

What age range and what type of coins are the "foreign coins" that you have? Thanks
Nov 25th, 2010 at 6:21:36 PM PST by
Original
They are from the early 70''s to the late 90's. They are all foreign coins.

I have now added the 1900 Indian head penny and the 1871 3 cent piece. If this auction reaches 4000 credits, I will let the winner choose to add some wheat pennies, old buffalo nickels, silver dimes, and even silver quarter in place of some of the foreign coins. Or they can just take the foreign coins. Winner just let me know in your response to my email at the end of the auction and I'll let you know how we will swap out the coins for the foreign coins. Thanks for bidding and Happy Thanksgiving!

I was looking closer at the Indian head penny. I think it's really a 1900 not 1902. I just found 5 wheat pennies that are from the 40's. I will substitute 1 per 3 foreign coins if the winner likes. Just let me know in the winning email response. Good luck!

That $21 price tag was from when I bought it in the late 80's so it should be worth more now. Thanks for bidding!

I couldn't find the half penny BUT I did find an 1871 rare 3 cent piece that I will add if the credits go to 3000. I also found a 1902 Indian penny that I will add if the credits go to 2000. The 3 cent piece is priced $21. Good luck and happy bidding!

I think it was before the nickels were made. It's smaller than a dime. It's really unusual.

Yes, and a person holding what looks like a flag and stars around the border. The back says United States of America around the edge and Half Dime in the center of a band of leaves.
