THIS LAPTOP IS PHYSICALLY an 8/10 probably a 9 to be honest i tested it as you can see in pictures with an external drive and my personal universal charger neither will be included only the laptop is included PLEASE READ SPECS BELOW THE SCREEN SWIVELS 180 degrees and lays flat it also has a finger print scanner unsure if theres any other issues due to lack of installing an operating system there is a slot for a simcard to get 3g and theres an antenna that pops up if you push button for better signal strength on top of screen i i assume sim card is for internet on the go and also wifi connection built in
