has an adjusable strap that is 40 inches when expanded, you can also keep the handles together with a velcro closure, on the outside there is a zipper pouch 12 inches deep kinda triangle shaped, on one side, the other side has a pocket that Velcro's 6 1/2 inches deep, and on the side there is a small pocket that is 5 3/4 inches deep. on the inside(pic 3 is the inside of purse turned inside out ) there are 2 zipper compartments and 2 without a zipper approx 6 1/2 inches wide and approx 5 1/2 deep also has a brass hook.
