thank you for pointing that out....that is definatley a mistake. sorry about that its supposed to say it will NOT be an empty card. i accidentally must have let that out. it will have a minimum of 5, could be higher :)

im not sure if they can be used online or not. there are a variety of stores. i believe most have multiple locations that are located in most places. dont see an exp. date

Sorry, good idea for an auction but too risky winning a card that can't be used in the area where I live. Maybe on your next auction you could at least list the choices that could be won so bidders could be sure that it could be used where they live. .
