The listing, Our Family Secret NY Style Pizza Dough Recipe has ended.

Winning bidder will receive my husband's(our) recipe to make pizza dough. He's worked in pizzeria's most of his life. He has mastered the pizza dough recipe at home in small batches.
Picture above shows 1 batch he made in a Kitchen Aid Stand mixer using the dough attachment.

NY Style pizza dough CAN be made at home!!

The other picture I used in this auction is our 10 year old daughter making pizza with her dad's dough. No they are not the best looking and round picture perfect pizza's, but she did make the pizza's all by herself. My husband made the dough and rolled it into balls, then left it in the fridge for her to make pizza. She loves cooking!!

The winner will either send me there email(if you want detailed pictures of the process), along with the recipe or I can send you just the recipe through the Listia message system(with no pictures). Your choice.

Once the recipe is sent there are NO refunds for the credits.

oh wow, I just spent hours trying to find a NY style pizza place close to home with no success, my husband LOVES NY style pizza and misses it! then I get on Listia and find your recipe.. I must have it! If I can make the pizza dough myself, then no need to find a pizzeria! F,W&B!! :D

I hear ya!!!! I love NY style pizza, and living in Florida it's hard to find a good place. My husband worked for 2 different well know pizzerias that both were from NY and Italy. He has learned the ins and outs of of everything to do with pizza. LOL We actually had pizza today along with sicilian pies and calzones. You will LOVE the recipe and the way it makes a great pie!! :-)

my husband wants to know if the pizza dough is good to make the calzones too? he says it would taste wonderful with meatballs and sausage, mmmmm!! or an eggplant parmesan calzone, now he is drooling, LOL!! Even though he is Jewish, he was raised up with a bunch of Italians! :D

YES!!!! you can make calzone's, stromboli's, fried zeppoli's, sicililian pizza and even garlic rolls(or as there called garlic knots)!
