This is a used woman's vest. It's so cute under a shirt. The back is solid blue. The front has a lot of decorations. The brand is TYI. It is 55% Ramie and 45% cotton. It's comfortable. I used to wear it when the weather turned chilly. The instructions on the tag say Machine Wash cold in the Gentle cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed (I never added any bleach). Tumble dry low. The shirt measures 25 1/2 inches. It is button down in front and is sleeveless. There are cute multi-colored tassles at the bottom. From the top of the vest to the V is 9 inches. (Remember, I'm not an expert in measuring!)
