Hummmm to be honest am 4"10 and this fit me below the knee so in length this should be fine :) as for the weight am 110 and a 36B and this fit me loose. Am also a size 3-5 but I guess if your more busty and normally wear a size 5-7 than this should fit fine :) I hope this helps in answering your question. Thanks for checking in! Happy bidding :)
