The listing, The Sixties photos from Magnum Photos--a book of postcards has ended.
Great condition--no missing postcards. Contains 30 oversize postcards.
Shortly after WW II, photographers Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, George Rodger, and David "Chim" Seymour formed a cooperative agency, Magnum Photos, to free themselves of the ideological and practical restrictions of conventional journalism. Magnum's members hold the copyright to their work and pursue the projects that interest them.
Magnum has produced some of the most arresting and celebrated images ever published, documenting events of global importance and the lives of people all over the planet. Daily life can become unexpectedly profoundly significant: while some images in this compilation revisit the fads and the sometimes antic spirit of 1960s America, others record the struggles and triumphs of that fractious decade. Evocative, stirring, and sometimes very funny, these Magnum photos bring the 1960s to vivid life.
