Handed down from past generations, this box car is all original, NO missing parts, fully functional, recently tested, dusted & cleaned.

027/O-GAUGE
Built in 1949-52
Die cast magnetic couplers at both ends, with metal steps at all 4 corners.

Cosmetically it has very slight wear.
There is a 1/32 of an inch paint chip near the bottom left of the front side door.
Very tiny, minimal paint wear exists on the whole box itself, which adds character to this piece.
Both cargo bay side doors open & close.
The mechanism underneath the chassis works, triggering the rail worker to swing forward as the doors open.

NO original box is available for this item.

Very nice addition to the train collector or perfect just as a ‘show’ piece.
