Says good for 3-7yrs old... this is super cute to let your little one see themselves on TV... this is used in great condition already assembled and ready to plug in I say its good for under 3 as well the toddlers love to see themselves bop and dance and I know my daughter was still diggin it at 7 she can turn on Hannah Montana with the mp3 cord and sing here little heart out while acting like she is on stage or shooting her own music video!!! This is a great item it says best on 27 in tv and smaller which would agree if its larger its too pixilated but both my kids tvs are 19 in so it worked great for us
