Very pretty gold necklace with charm. necklace is 18k and charm is 14k. The chain has a few kinks in it, but I believe a jeweler could straighten easily. The two little flower on the heart are pink, and silver.

suggestion i would take to a jeweler and have it verified to c if solid or plated, u would get much better credits if we know its real solid gold dear

Ok I did do some research and it has to be real. There is a jewelers mark I just can't read it, I have had is over ten years and if it were plated it would have discoloration (there is none) and it's not magnetic.
