If its a constitution coin it must be silver

The fact that its a constitution coin does not necessarily mean its silver they sold replicas on the home shopping network that were merely clad, and they were exact replicas, and since no where on the original did it state the metal composition of the coin it's very difficult to tell them apart they even sound like real silver. I am in no way bringing into question the authenticity of this coin only saying that I've come across more than a couple replicas. The real give away is the price if bought from an honest dealer, even the home shopping network was selling them for half of spot price, which I believe was around $32 at the time they wAnted $16.99 per coin plus $4.99 s/h but you got a nice wood box and a letter of authenticy (stating that it was a real replica lol)
