these are new with tags super cute tropical palm tree with diamond like stones flip flops, these are so gorgeous!! I won them from a very sweet listian but when I got them they were to small for my feet, im so disappointed about that but my loss is your gain, these retail for $14.99 and the tag says size large but its a small large cause I thought they would fit around size 9/10 but they don't!! they are more like a med size 8 in my opinion, but they measure 10 1/2 inches from top to bottom so maybe that will help...there is NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. some exceptions may apply
