U just bid in the blue box that says bid then it'll ask u again to submit ur bid, do that & u r bidding & if it still says in red ur not high bidder yet u just keep submitting a bid till it tells u that u r the high bidder. If u win then we can may be at least meet me half way with the shipping, Please & since u don't have pay pal u can mail me a P. M. O. the problem is u just can't bid 500 it has to billed up to that with bidding so if no one else is bidding besides u it will not increase so I may have to edit it to what u want & need it to be for the free shipping to happen, Kept close eye on it cause if I edit it I'm doing it to help u. TY
