This is my third time trying to answer and got interrupted , ok my daughter tried on she wears a SZE 12 it was tight looking but she said was not feeling too tight, waist SZE measures 26 , to a 27 , 28 but it says a 1x inside , I don't wear pants so I couldn't say if you wore it ,it would fit , I think maybe under a short skirt as stated in listings if you wore a 12 to 14 I'm not sure if it was over that SZE you could wear it comfortably
