I have a cute little harness vest for a dog. It's brand name is Simply Dog (I believe Walmart brand). It is a size x small. It is in great condition with no signs of wear. There are a few dog hairs on it but its in the wash right now. It came with a puppy I got but it was a bit snug so I got him a bigger size. It is black with skulls on it and has a snap closure and a Velcro flap. From a clean smoke free home with free shipping in US only.

When opened, from very end to end is 15" but there is 2" of Velcro so properly worn, it would be about 13" around. Neck to end is 6". It 2 2/3" from one arm hole to the other. Hope this helps.
