Your auction states EXACT shipping.
You are quoting a Flat rate price.
EXACT is when the item(s) are weighed and zip codes are used to calculate the shipping cost.
FLAT RATE is priority flat rate shipping from the postal service with a set price or an amount you decide upon. It is a different shipping option then the one posted on the auction.
