Quality stamps are similar to green stamps.Piggly Wiggly stores gave them out I think.There was a catalog so you could see how many stamps you needed to get to exchange for a gift.You also had the option of mail ordering a gift if a redemsion center wasn't near where you lived.You could also exchange for cash.
