First, I ship once a week. I answer all emails as quickly as I can. I do work shift work so when I answer you it will more than likely not be during normal awake hours.I usually answer during "down time" at work. I have a special needs child in my home, which means when I am home I am not answering a emails.

Second, You have to have a verified address through Listia, if you do not and you won my item I will keep the credits and you will not get the item.

Third, I enjoy doing listia, I do not make any money from doing listia and I ship for free. If I continue to get nasty people I will start charging for shipping. I have good feedback because I have well taken care of items. I have great communication. But, just like everyone else life does happen. You will get your items (provided everything is okay) and there will be a confirmation with your package.
