I just asked some people on game chat and they said they usually are pretty open and the only places that usually ever have a problem are Germany and Russia. I think you should be alright, I'll do a little more digging about it and if I find anything else that may affect you, then I'll let you know right away.

I checked out a couple of forum post on different sites and most say the same thing, so I do believe you are good. Steam keys from Amazon.com seem to have more region lock than others, mine aren't from Amazon so no worries, but that's good to know for future reference. Thanks for the question and keeping me on my toes!
