The dr's office said to put them inside regular eye glasses or inside sunglasses. It's to really darken/avoid as much light as possible. My husband has photo sensitivity. (Bright lights/sun) cause headaches ect. Some people use them after eye dual action as well. So they don't really attach to anything but rather just set inside whatever you already wear. If that helps :) thanks for watching :)
