i think verified is were you write ur username on piece of paper next to item so i did that and added picture hope i did it right....will ship within 24 hrs and provide tracking number ...thAnk u(free shipping) 3 wax bars have 2 pieces of wax missing scents are pumkin marshmallow, cranberry muffin, carrot cake....1 bar has no wax missing scent is surfer chick... and one bar has 1 piece of wax missing and scent is enliven it smells like clean laundry. .. and one pack of 22 grab tags you turn warmer off place grab tag in wax wait for wax to cool off peel right out of warmer and change wax easy scentsys have special bulbs that don't let wax get to hot d o wax won't burn you or kids if spilled this merchandise is worth about $45 so its a great deal thank you for watching my auction good luck bidding
