The 3rd picture shows how the neck wings attach to the baby car seat straps with velcro. The tabs you see coming off the side of the pillows have velcro on the back of them. These tabs wrap around the should seat straps.to secure the pillow pieces in place.

Good Morning
I took the pictures but I am having trouble getting them to down load. I will continue trying when I get home from work. I never opened the package before. What I found is that they strap to the babies seat belt by velcro straps. They are two individual pierces. I will get those pictures posted so you can see how they work.
