NWT floral print tube top dress with hi-low bottom. There's a ruffle around the top and bottom. Very stretchy material. The brand is hypnotic, size 2X. Love this dress just don't wear tube tops:(

No. It's completely brand new. I won it on here but seller had it listed as an off the shoulder dress but its a tube top.

The front would be probably right below your knees and the back would be floor length. I'm 5'5 and it fit me right at the knees in front and right above my ankles in the back. :) good luck if you decide to bid!!
