Yes it is new. I never did use it at all so I don't really know if it works. I bought it online (don't remember where) but decided to get my female dog "fixed". You might want to google it and see what it says about it. Thanks for looking!

I'd try just about anything. I swear my dog lives for the attention of the other dogs in the house. And when she's in heat, it's impossible to keep a sane home. I'll definitely be bidding on this. Could certainly use it! haha

It's suppose to cover the "in heat" so the males don't realize she's in heat.
