It is used. I have had the pleasure of using it twice for my owner decided to take it down after 4 days. She said it was in the way.

It hangs by included hook over a door. The cat can go into the bottom two, climb up into the other two by holes in the floors.

It is used. I used it twice in four days before my owner said it was in the way. I really didn't like it anyway. I'd rather sleep on her.

It is used. The only problems with it are that the top which is cardboard is slightly bent and there is a quarter sized hole in the bottom mesh. It has only been hung up twice and a total of no more than 4 days. My cats just don't like it.
