Our oils are natural oils....Im not sure what you mean by cruelty?? If you are referring to crude oil those are dark colored oil with a definite odor based. And predominately used for Energy or Petroleum use. Crude oil, if obtained should never be considered in perfumery or as a Therapeutic usage. I hope this helps.

Please let me explain what I mean by Natural Oils.
When I say we use Natural oils; I am specifically referring to
those derived from first or second pressed oils or from a plant base.
Let's take Coconut oil or Fractionated Coconut oil which are derivatives from the Coconut plant. ( And used by widely by 'Natural' Oil Sellers)
This oil is about 90% of saturated fats; most of these are MCT-medium chain trigylcerides. In addition, MCTs are beneficial in providing fuel and energy in athletics and aids in weight loss.
In pets, the MCTs in coconut oil balances the thyroid and also aids in helping pets be energized. As a bonus, coconut oil and other Natural plant based oils improves pets skin and coat, improves digestion and reduces allergies.
In all actuality, the benefits far outweigh the risks when using plant based Natural oils.
Lets take a look at Lavender or Lemongrass essential oils which are very healthful and beneficial in treating animals or used as a 'Natural' insect repellant. And is also
classified as a Natural or Organic oil.
My own research has shown me that predominately 'synthetic' products may contain such ingredients as sulfates, phthalates, parabens, or formaldehyde, etc...in which case labs may suggest animal testing.
Many medical physicians will advise anyone who is prone to allergic reactions to patch test themselves before using products deemed to be a causative factor in a sensitive individual.
My belief is that we all return Back to Eden, raw or Natural lifestyle as possible. This type of lifestyle in itself would cure Man of the evils that plague us as a whole.
This is another reason why we use Natural oils and Essential oils on ourselves also so that we can reap the results of a Naturopathic lifestyle.
I hope this helps understand us a little better; when we say we use Natural oils.
PS. Thanks for the Dialogue, I absolutely love it!
Peace & blessings,
Dolorez
