This most spectacular knuckle buster ring is from the Kenneth Jay Lane collection, made in China and probably purchased from QVC, however I do not know when. The metal is probably rhodium plated base metal, but because of the question in the size, I'm schlepping the rings to the jeweler today to get them sized and tested. Yes, I said rings. I found this at a large fingered woman's yard sale. My online ring sizer puts this ring at a 10.

The stone measures a little over 3/4 inch tall and 5/8 inch wide. That's a nickel for size comparison. It is too big for me to even attempt a picture on my finger, just slides off to the side.

A most spectacular listia diamond of the first order. If you don't know what that is, check out all the diamond rings listed on listia. Heavily faceted, the ring is 3/8 inch thick. That's right. A knuckle buster for sure. It's heavy too.

Any colors in the pics are from my pink shirt. Silly me.

I would include the ring box, but the box won't close over the ring...lol.

Thanks, Kimberly...Kenneth Jay Lane is a costume jewelry designer and has had some incredible pieces. Some of his stuff is very high end (read outrageously expensive). He is the current jewelry designer for Neiman-Marcus and does shows on QVC, in addition to having had some pieces with Avon and other lower end outlets. Google him...He's not young either.

Thanks! It is true, though, right? The listia diamond thing...just like listia gold and listia silver...As for the ring, it is a knockout ginormous stone, as my jeweler says a genuine authentic chunk of glass. It may be CZ though, (which is just glass too with a name), but not marked as such. Thanks for looking!
