This is an AS IS auction and I dont know the value or condition grade, NOT EVEN SURE IF IT'S CONSIDER MINT, IT JUST WHAT THE ENVELOPE SAYS, this was in my stuff for a while (years if you do the math 2013-1988= 25 years) ... I don't really know how to describe this any better, look at the pictures and ask questions. I dont know much about stamps, but I will try to answer my best. I just happen to come across these in my stuff, and thought one of Listia stamp collectors would like this.
