I'll be honest, I don't know. The instructions for code redemption say that you will be prompted for the code when loading the game. Based upon that, I will say yes.

got a copy of Farcry3 on here but the code was used so this would be perfect

ty My husband bought the game brand new and then I think he only played it once. It's still sitting on our shelf, hardly been touched. He found the code when the game fell and popped open. LOL Didn't even know it was there.
