This is a very strong collar for a big dog, the 1st notch hooks in at 23"inches, and so on...as you can see from the pcs i took outside the last pic shows you where if you need to grab her say at the park or wherever, this has a handle at the top of the collar...two silver metal bones on each side....this collaris made by bamboo....

yes, I know you told me, Guess What I do I do (T & R ) THAT IS CALLED TRAP & RELEASE Stray cats that is you trap them get them nuetered/spayed, there shots and then they stay near me and i feed them and care for them the rest of there lives unless i find someone who has a home and patience to take one in, I have tame 1- stray cat so far 1- more is half way there..It takes a lot to get these cats to trust in a human...
