It reads: 1972 Scout-O-Rama Dutchess County Council It's More Than You Think BSA in red, black, and royal blue lettering on a white background. The outer edge is trimmed in light blue thread.
Patch measures approximately 3 1/8 inches in diameter.
I acquired several vintage patches from a man that said he used to be a Scout leader, and this piece appears to have never been sewn on or used. May just be some slight soiling or discoloration from age.
