Women' Size Medium Body Central Halter Top W/Attached-Removable Gold Tone & Beaded Necklace in Dark Brown, banded hem; front has banded ruching. Very stretchy soft & flowing material. It is in excellent condition, only worn 3 or 4 times. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Hi, I also wear a 36C and it fit fine, this is why-the part that you see underneath the draping part in front is actually like a tube top. It has elastic at the top and can be either pulled up or down depending on how much you want to "display". Hope this make sense (??) Thanks for your question and I am now your fan also.
