FREE: Collection of 'KEEP CALM AND...' Cards for a Healthy Spirit!!!

what are these used for? I'm sorry if my question seems silly

A question may seem silly but is always worth answering! These particular 'KEEP CALM' inspirational phrase cards are Christian based that have excerpts on the back from the book 'Living with Confidence in a Chaotic World' by Dr. Jeremiah. They are intended, I assume, to be helpful tools for one to focus on everyday living through Bible study because each card also has a Bible verse as well pertaining to each phrase, for example:
Keep Calm and Stay Committed...To Your Faith
"God often does His most profound work through the difficult seasons of our lives. If you embrace the tough times and ask God to teach you what He wants you to know, He will give you the patience and strength to endure. This is no time for weak-hearted Christians who complain and grumble in today's world. The Word of God challenges you to develop an attitude of courage, firmness, and confidence in the God you serve. Stand firm, assured of His faithfulness.
James 5:7-8
"Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of The Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts , for the coming of The Lord is at hand".
Even without looking at the back though, each of these phrases are excellent tools to hang anywhere and/or just read through each day to help a person stay calm and focus on your reactions to whatever comes your way...as some wise person once said, "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it". Do get all 10, and are they made of cardboard,paper,wood etc ??
