Hello Kitty Vinyl Decal - Due to the nature of this auction -- REFUND and RETURNS are NOT excepted !!!!! -- You will receive easy to apply instructions with application tape already applied. Peel and stick to any desired clean and smooth surface, remove application tape and decal stays. Vinyl easily sticks to just about any smooth surface including: cars, computers, glass, mirrors, plastic and walls.

This auction is for (1) one BLACK or WHITE vinyl cut out. The black and white pictures are representations of what the vinyl cut out looks like. The approximate size will be between 5x5 and 5x7 (depending on which one you choose). Please ask any questions before bidding. The vinyl cut out will be cut after you choose which Hello Kitty and color. These have not been pre-cut.
