This kit includes a child's medicine dropper, and medicine spoon, a mucus extractor for those tiny noses, a digital thermometer with the disposable covers, a pair of scissors for those little fingernails and emery boards to keep the fingernails short so they won't scratch themselves when they fuss. Last but not least is the "binky" to help with those fussy moments. This all comes in the carrying case so it can be thrown in the diaper bag and go where you go. We actually had 3 kits for my grand daughter . I took out the pieces of all that were used and just listed the items not used. Everything in this kit has never been used at all. Hope this helps and thank you for asking.
