You should use yojoe.com's accessory ID section to help you with these. I do know you've got the following:
-Two of Star Brigade Payload's guns (the bright neon ones)
-3 rifles from Sgt. Savage and the Screaming Eagles (two brown, one green-brown)
-Spy Troops Torpedo's gun (the brown stock-less AK-looking thing)
-The arm, waist and legs of what might be the 1998 Cobra Officer
-25th Senior Ranking Officers Wild Bill's black vest
-Two black versions of Spy Troops Overkill's knife (the snake-handled knives)
-25th Senior Ranking Officers Ace's blue pistol
-A pistol many figures from the ROC and POC line came with (it's under the Ace pistol)
-ROC Scarlett's crossbow (under the aforementioned pistol)
-The missile launcher from the VAMP Mk II (which I am in great need of!)
-The head, torso, and skirt piece from the Valor Vs. Venom Kamakura (the one that came with the green motorcycle--coincidentally, you've also got his nunchaku piece)

lol @ the sgt savage m14 looking rifle in there . Looks like a version of a viper arm as well.

Yeah, that arm and the legs are from a viper. I have no idea why I took him apart, but I remember his head was almost paintless. This is all I have left!
