If you look at the 3rd pic I took it was unopened. I opened it up only to take the other photos so it can be seen.

This has a white cardboard box covering the suction cups. When box is removed there are suction cups that adhere to the wall or tile. I did not want to remove the cardboard as I wanted to keep the suction cups protected.

This is a fun item to hang toothbrushes from.Cheerful and bright. By the pics you can see smiling faces of fruit, strawberry, I don't know if second is grape or blueberry and the third fruit is an orange.
