It is an art deco piece and probably was made in the late 20s or early 30s. I know it is pre WW II and the stones tell you it is paste and not rhinestone, so it is probably from the late 20s. After that, most pieces made in this style were done with rhinestones especially prior to WW II. So that makes this particular piece almost 100 years old give or take 7 years. LOL
