The one on the right side says "personal" - you check that and up comes several small boxes, one says gift or payment - check one. As long as there is a cash balance or a savings/checking account attached, Paypal will charge NO fees for the transaction. If you have Paypal credit, it will charge the fees to you, that way the small shipping amount is not eaten up with paypal commissions, otherwise pay normally and add another $1 to the amount quoted to cover the Paypal fees [ its your $]
