I'm guessing that what you meant was "What does lowest GIN mean?". If so, "GIN" stands for "Get It Now" which is an option that some sellers put on their auctions that allows you to bid whatever that amount is and end the auction now instead of waiting for the auction to run it's course and risk losing the item. Hope that answers your question.
