Up for grabs is a handmade by me Fairy~Lights "Sweet Dreams" glow in the dark vial necklace.
This is a OOAK, one of a few liquid glow vials that i have made.
Adorned with a smiling moon, stars an a mottled purple/aqua bead and filled with aqua glow liquid, beautiful aqua and purple glitters, stars and confetti. You will LOVE this beautiful necklace. Comes in a drawstring organza gift bag.

I use non toxic phosphorescent glow powders and mix my own liquid concoction. Shhh its a secret. ;)
